Mayhem Schedule
Check out the Mayhem happenings all weekend, and remember, breakfast is included with your hotel room.
The Friday shuttle will leave hourly starting at 3PM, and leave from Tiki Underground at the bottom of the hour at 3:30PM etc. The last shuttle will return at 8:30PM.
Your All Access Pass gets you into everything, and you must wear that and your wrist band at all times.
The hotel will provide a map, and we’re re-naming the rooms for the weekend!

Poepoe Room: Round room overlooking the pool
Barney Google’s: Fireplace room near bar, named after the original Holidome hot spot
Mayhem Photo Space: Tiki space at top of main stairs
Mayhem Pool: Pool on the ground level and Friday’s hub

The exclusive room block rate for the event is $99 a night (plus taxes and all that mumbo jumbo) for a King or Double room for up to 4 people, including breakfast and access to all of the hotel’s amenities like the indoor pool and hot tub, putt-putt golf course, ping pong, and game room! One of the best things about this location is that everything is taking place in one general area of the hotel so you’ll never feel like you are disconnected from the party.
All Access Passes are SOLD OUT!! They are for shenanigans such as room crawls, entertainment by none other than Akron’s own Kahuna Kings AND DJ Max Payola who will be spinning selections from his amazing collection of vinyl, Maggie’s Farm rum tasting, a tiki marketplace, sessions with House of Tabu, Tonga Tim Harnett, and Tiki Tom-Tom, Tiki With Ray appearance, and Saturday night’s Ohana Dinner buffet (YES, there will be vegetarian options!!!).
Also included is a Friday evening shuttle to and from Tiki Underground & Downtown Cuyahoga Falls (3-9PM). This is a great way for all of our out of town guests to be able to see the new Tiki Underground location without having to worry about getting back and forth safely. In addition to seeing the new TU, you can spend some time exploring the amazing Front Street area full of great restaurants and shops that are neighbors of the bar.
For being a part of the inaugural Mai Tai Mayhem you’ll receive a swag bag that features an exclusive Mai Tai glass (designed by The Doktor himself, Bill Lynn!), sticker, two cocktail tickets, AND Maggie’s Farm logo cup! The hotel will be serving a selection of Tiki Underground cocktails Saturday 12-12!
A Holidome??
Mai Tai Mayhem will take place in a former Holidome that was the premier hotel for sports teams and acts playing the Richfield Coliseum. We will be partying in a piece of Ohio history!
